No clear skies for viewing blood moon over Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, Visayas, etc.

PAGASA: Rain over south Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao areas

Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, the Bicol Region, the Visayas, the Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, ARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN will be cloudy with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms, weather service PAGASA said in a Wednesday forecast.

The Cagayan Valley, CAR and the Ilocos provinces and Aurora will be cloudy with light to moderate rain.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Winds will be moderate to strong from the northeast to northwest over Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate from the southwest to west, with slight to moderate seas. More on GMA News
