Local products such as souvenir items, home decors and processed foods were sold at the Trade Expo together with products from the MIMAROPA provinces to as far away as Baguio City, Manila and Iloilo. The expo registered a new record of P 3-million in sales during the Holy Week according to the Department of Trade and Industry. Gracing the opening of the Expo were Mayor Meynardo B. Solomon of Boac, Governor of Marinduque Jose Antonio N. Carrion, Bishop Reynaldo G. Evangelista, DD (top photo)and other provincial and municipal officials.
