Part of the crowd of 5,000 well-wishers at the Boac Covered Court, occupied up to the Casa Real front and side streets. The Boac event was attended by supporters from the towns of Buenavista, Gasan, Boac and Mogpog, and was joined in by the congressman's relatives from Torrijos.

Among those who travelled to Marinduque from the province of Quirino to join the Velasco couple was Congressman Dakila Carlo E. Cua of the Lone District of Quirino.

Congressman Mark Aeron H. Sambar of Puwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA), who has helped provide educational assistance to some local athletes, as well as additional funds for the construction of the Sta. Cruz Sports Center also came to convey his personal greetings to the couple. He came with his Japanese girlfriend of eight years.

Velasco's party-mates from Mogpog led by former mayor and mayoralty candidate Jonathan Garcia.

Providing some of the entertainment were the Talentadings,
stand-up comedians/singers from Zirko and Clownz Comedy Bar.

Congressman Sherwin N. Tugna of Citizens Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC), shares his thoughts and good wishes for the Velasco couple.

Congresswoman Rachel Marguerite "Cutie" B. del Mar of the 1st District of Cebu  fondly calls 'Cong. Allan' as the best basketball and badminton player in Congress, also best in singing and dancing, and best in loving his constituents whose well-being and bright future is foremost in his mind, she said.

The Putong Troupe of the Municipal Government of Boac performs the traditional welcome and thanksgiving song-and-dance ritual.

Her first time to speak publicly before the Marinduqueno audience, Mrs. Wen Velasco , whose birthday falls on November 11th shares some thoughts about her husband and conveys her "maraming, maraming salamat po talaga!"
